Monica Puente Tabila, M.A. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist and Owner​

Monica Puente Tabila is a nationally certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC), developmental delays and neurological disorders in children and young adults.  Mrs. Tabila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Development from Michigan State University, and has experience in preschool and elementary classrooms.  Since completing her Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology at Wayne State University, she has been working in pediatric rehabilitation, home care, and as an AAC consultant.   She previously taught Neuromuscular Speech Disorders as a part-time graduate instructor at Wayne State University.  Mrs. Tabila is trained in PROMPT, Play Project and Language Acquisition through Motor Planning, and enjoys serving individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Genetic and Chromosomal Disorders.

Jenna Perrotta, M.A. CCC-SLP​

Jenna Perrotta is an ASHA certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in early intervention, autism spectrum disorders, stuttering, articulation and phonological disorders. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Miami University and Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Wayne State University. Jenna is certified in the Lively Letters phonemic awareness program. In 2015, Jenna was honored in MetroParent Magazine, as a “Mom-Approved Doc”.

Jenna’s goal is to provide high quality evidence-based therapy to ensure the child meets their greatest potential.  She strives to empower children by building functional skills and enhancing overall communication. She is passionate about providing a fun and creative play-based approach to meet each child’s needs.

Erin Cain, M.A. CF-SLP

Ms. Erin Cain is a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow who completed her Masters of Arts degree at Wayne State University. Before graduate school, she worked as a Montessori teacher and has experience working as a applied behavioral analysis therapists. She has experience working with adults and children with developmental and neurological communication disorders. Additionally, she has experience providing therapy to individuals with dysphagia and aversive eating disorders. She is fluent in American Sign Language, and has training in PROMPT, and Social Thinking . Currently, Erin is seeking a Masters of Autism from Oakland University.

She enjoys being able to play a critical role in a child’s progress and is dedicated to providing evidenced-based therapy, with a play-based approach to increase overall communication skills.

Tara Gray, M.A. CF-SLP

Ms. Tara Gray is a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow who completed her Masters of Arts in Speech & Language Pathology at Eastern Michigan University. Before graduate school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education at Michigan State University and worked as a respite care provider for children with special needs. She has experience working with both children and adults with developmental and acquired communication disorders. She is trained in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning. Tara enjoys providing evidence-based, client-centered therapy that is individualized to both the client and their family’s needs regarding speech, language, and cognition.
